Louis Charles (L.C.) Burroughs went missing in Millen, Jenkins County Georgia. There is little to no information about how Burroughs went missing. What is known is that Burroughs was last seen in his home. Investigators do believe that Burroughs saw someone stealing from his home and soon after went missing.
